How to Win

The Sweepstakes winner will be chosen by random drawing at 4:20 PM EST on April 30, 2020 and will be announced via press release during the week ending May 8, 2020. MJ Harvest will contact the winner via email or by phone, whichever information is provided, at least (3) days prior to the distributing the press release. MJ Harvest will request the winner to confirm they are legal residents, they are 21 or older, and to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number for tax reporting purposes. The winner must respond within three (3) days or their entry will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected in their place using the same methods mentioned above.

What You Win

MJ Harvest will award ONE winner with a prize of $420 USD in a gift card to be used toward the purchase of any item on www.weedfarmsupply.com or www.procannagro.com. Total RPV: $420. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize, and is non-transferable. Any and all federal, state and local taxes due on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes winner.

Restrictions

1. This Promotion is offered and open only to legal residents of the US who are age 21 or older at time of entry. Employees of MJ Harvest, the Sponsor, and other companies associated with the Promotion of the Sweepstakes, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry begins April 20, 2020 at 4:20 PM EST and ends April 20, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

GENERAL RULES

The Sweepstakes winner must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility. By entering the 420 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you grant to MJ Harvest, Agro Exports LLC and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and representatives (collectively, “MJ Harvest”) the right to edit, publish, copy, display and otherwise use your submission, and to further use your name and your likeness, and information in advertising and promotional materials, without compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Indemnity
By entering the Sweepstakes, You agree to release and hold harmless MJ Harvest, Agro Exports LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

(i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; 
(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; 
(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; 
(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

Disputes and Arbitration 
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND the state of Nevada WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Reno, Nevada having jurisdiction.
